How we work
Every engagement starts with a written statement of work — deliverables, timeline, and price — within one business day of the strategy call. No open-ended retainers.
We work with purchase orders and standard invoicing, and we'll sign a mutual NDA before you share parts or drawings. Bring your paperwork — it won't slow the start date.
Sessions run remote or at your site, against your machines and parts. Everything produced about your parts and processes belongs to you when we leave.
